Welcome to BlinksyGold ! By downloading, installing, or using our application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Definitions

  • “App” refers to BlinksyGold mobile application and website.

  • “User” means any person using the App to purchase products or services.

  • “Vendor/Seller” means businesses or individuals who list and sell their products on BlinksyGold.

  • “We/Us/Our” refers to the BlinksyGold team/owners.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

  • Vendors must comply with all legal requirements (licenses, permits, GST, etc.) in their respective category.

3. Use of the App

  • Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must fulfill orders on time and ensure product quality.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and regulations.

  • Any disputes between a Vendor and a User shall primarily be resolved between them.

5. Orders & Payments

  • Payments for products/services will be processed through our secure payment gateway.

  • BlinksyGold may charge a commission/transaction fee on each order.

  • Prices displayed on the App are set by Vendors, not BlinksyGold .

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to Vendor policies.

  • In case of disputes, BlinksyGold may mediate but is not liable for refunds unless clearly stated.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Vendors.

  • BlinksyGold is not liable for delays, damages, or failed deliveries caused by Vendors or third-party delivery partners.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and technology of the App are owned by BlinksyGold.

  • Users and Vendors may not copy, distribute, or misuse our platform content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • BlinksyGold is a marketplace platform and is not the seller of goods/services.

  • We are not responsible for product defects, delays, damages, or any losses caused by Vendors.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal data will be collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

  • BlinksyGold reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

  • BlinksyGold reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
